I Daddy, band fondata dall’attore James Franco insieme all’amico Tim O’Keefe, ha realizzato un disco e un film ispirato ai The Smiths.
“Let Me Get What I Want” è un chiaro omaggio al grande classico della band di Manchester “Please, Please, Please, Let Me Get What I Want” e si avvale della collaborazione di Andy Rourke, bassista storico del quartetto capitanato da Morrissey e Johnny Marr, che suona in tutti i brani del disco.
Le 10 canzoni dell’abum saranno accompagnate da video che formano un lungometraggio di circa un’ora:
