L’altra sera ospiti di GQ live a Los Angeles i Vampire Weekend si sono esibiti in un concerto a sorpresa.

Oltre alla cover di Bob Dylan (“Jokerman” contenuta nel disco “Infidels” del 1983) Ezra Koening e compagni hanno eseguito la loro “Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa”, estratta dal debutto self-titled del 2008, e “Have I The Right” degli Honeycombs, band sixties britannica.

Durante la loro recente esibizione al Lollapalooza Koening ha confermato che l’atteso nuovo disco dei Vampire Weekend, freschi di firma per la Sony, è stato terminato anche se ad oggi non è nota la data di release.
